WILMINGTON — Reading Municipal Light Department held a ribbon-cutting ceremony June 8 to commemorate the completion and activation of its first community Solar Choice project. RMLD’s Solar Choice community solar project allows RMLD customers who don’t have the ability to install their own solar panels the opportunity to share in the benefits of a large solar array.
