Operating stage:

Upon completion of the project, we will continue to maintain and operate the community solar project. The sale of the property involved closed on October seventh 2024. You may know the Arnold family has owned said property for over one hundred years. As one of the two remaining family members, I gave much thought about the future use of this property and concluded that solar development would be the best choice. This will have the least environmental impact compared to a house development or other uses. This will preserve the natural spring on the property as well as the timber between this present and the railroad which is essentially wetlands.
